Critical elements for all scrolls

These are the traditional Western scroll texts. Feel free to devise your own, however, please make sure that it includes the following critical elements:

The award given
Name of the award recipient (if the name is not registered, insert “known as” in front of the recipient's name)
The first names of the Sovereign and Consort who gave the award
The realm in which the award was given
The date the award was given

The blazon (the official words describing the registered arms)
The emblazon (the picture of the registered arms)

Kingdom text with AoA

(Insert optional beginning if desired) Those who foster the arts and sciences bring beauty and strength to our surroundings. Yet our artisans need those who teach these skills to grow and flourish. It is the duty and pleasure of the Crown to reward such service with honor. Therefore do Their Majesties (Insert Sovereign’s first name) and (Insert Consort’s first name), King/Queen and Queen/King of the West, proclaim (Insert full Name of recipient) worthy of great honor and do admit them/him/her to the right noble Order of the Western Lily of the Kingdom of the West. And Their Majesties do also give unto them/him/her an Award of Arms and grant them/him/her the rights and charge them/him/her with the responsibilities of this rank, and do further grant them/him/her the right to bear as Arms: (Insert Blazon), in this the Kingdom of the West. (Insert optional ending and do not forget the date the award was given.)

(Insert optional beginning if desired) We, (Insert Sovereign’s first name) By Right of Arms King/Queen of the West and (Insert Consort’s first name) by Grace and Beauty Queen/King of the West, in consideration of (Insert reasons for the award), do Create, Advance, and Prefer Our faithful subject (Insert full Name of recipient), to the Rank, Style, Title and Degree of a Companion of the Right Noble Order of the Western Lily, and furthermore We confirm unto them/him/her the Right to bear certain Ensigns Armorial, to wit: (Insert Blazon) with all Rights, Privileges, Insignia and Precedence appertaining thereto without let or hindrance by any Person whomsoever.
