Guest Speaker - Mr. Michael Quinn
Major, Ohio State Highway Patrol (Retired)
Mr. Quinn visits our classroom to discuss citizens' rights under the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution. He is a 34 year veteran of the Ohio State Highway Patrol the former Law Enforcement Director of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Watercraft. He is a graduate of West Jefferson High School, Northwestern University's Technical Institute and University of Northern Florida's Institute of Police Traffic Management. He is one of two members of the Ohio Highway Patrol who served at the Ohio Penitentiary riot of 1968 and the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility riot of 1992. Thank you Mr. Quinn!
