The Basics - Try these before submitting a ticket!
Is your device plugged in and receiving power? If attached to a power strip, is the power strip on?
Did you reboot or power cycle your device?
Are the appropriate cables connected? Are the cables damaged?
If it's a problem with a website, have you tried an alternate browser (If something is not working in Chrome, try using Firefox, Edge or Internet Explorer)?
Some websites may require that you are logged into the Chrome browser. Are you logged in?
Have you cleared your browser cache?
