8. Create your own Scratch account - request the teacher account. It will take a few days to get the Teacher account. Make accounts for your students.
Have your students create the assignments that you were given.
I think the google site is the best way to show off your Scratch projects using html code. The projects can be shared by a link in your google classroom, but google classroom does not offer the html option. Create and then share your google site with the class to show off your student's projects.
