Pinecone hosts a few monthly jams, including-
Beginner Jam at Harry's Guitar Shop-the 3rd Monday of each month, 7 - 9pm.
It's a very inviting group led by Jef Walter, who also mentors a local youth bluegrass band called The Loblollies.
Monthly Youth Jam-typically Saturdays, 2pm - 4:30pm at the Cary Arts Center. Also hosted by Jef and some of the Loblollies.
PineCone is considering holding a 1-day youth workshop for playing traditional music on a teacher workday this Spring, Monday, March 11th, stay tuned for more info on that.
