Weekly Practice Sheets-available below for download

Students are required to turn in weekly practice sheets indicating time spent practicing the assigned repertoire. These practice sheets will signed and validated by the parent/guardian, and turned in the first class day of each school week. Grading:

• • 3 hrs per week = 105 points (A+)

  • 2 hrs per week = 100 points (A)

  • 1.5 hrs per week = 85 points (B)

  • 1 hr per week = 75 points (C)

  • 0.5 hrs per week = 65 points (D)

  • Less than 0.5 hrs per week = 59 (F)

Practice sheets submitted more than 2 weeks past the due date or without appropriate signature will NOT be accepted.

Example-

• Week of August 1 (Practice week ALWAYS starts on Monday)

• August 1-7-Student documents time practiced each day that week 

• August 8-Practice Sheet Due (the following Monday)

• August 22-Final deadline (2 weeks after due date)
