Those of you who are eligible for Post Matric Scholarship and have already applied for it during 2019-20 are hereby informed that recently received directives from Government of Gujarat states that all the applications pertaining to Post Matric Scholarship for SC need to be applied through https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/ portal.
Hence all the concerned students are informed to Apply for the Post Matric Scholarship for SC on above mentioned portal.Your previous application for the said Scholarship would be deemed null and void.
Students are informed to contact Prof.kaushik Rana (Computer Deptt) Block-G Room No:205 for verification of documents after application and submit the printout of application along with proofs.Tentative last date for application is specify soon. Students failing to apply within deadline and due to which not receiving scholarship would be his sole responsibility.
All the students are also encouraged to install Telegram App on their Android mobile for receiving latest update on and search @vgecg they will be able to join Student Scholarship channel created by Scholarship Team of VGEC Chandkheda. ONLINE અરજી કરવા માટે નવા વિદ્યાર્થી ઓ એ કરવાની થતી પૂર્વ તૈયારીઓ :
૧. તમામ પ્રથમ વર્ષ ના એસ.ટી.પોસ્ટમેટ્રિક સ્કોલરશીપ માટે અરજી કરવા માંગતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એ ફરજીયાત પોતાના નામે એસ.બી.આઈ. મા ખાતું ખોલાવવાનું રહેશે અને બેંક પાસબુક ઇસ્યુ કરાવડાવેલી હોવી જોઇશે.
૨.આવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થી ઓ એ આધાર કાર્ડ ની કોપી પણ ફરજીયાત આપવા ની રહેશે અને જો આધાર કાર્ડ ન હોય તો આધાર કાર્ડ માટે અરજી કરેલ છે તેવો એનરોલ્મેન્ટ નમ્બર ની નકલ પોતાની પાસે હોવી જોઇશે.
૩.બેંક ખાતા સાથે આધાર કાર્ડ જો લીંક થયેલ હશે તો જ સ્કોલરશીપ જમા થશે તેથી તેની પણ પ્રક્રિયા વિદ્યાર્થી એ કરી લેવી.
૪.વિદ્યાર્થી એ પોતાના આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે પોતાનો મોબાઈલ નમ્બર ફરજીયાત લીંક કરવાનો રહેશે.
૫.આધાર કાર્ડ માં કોઈ માહિતી અધુરી કે ખોટી હોય તે તેને સત્વરે સુધારી લેવડાવવી.
