As your school's social/emotional staff, we believe strongly in a team approach for assisting children in reaching their fullest potential. In regard to the student's parents and guardians, we fully understand and respect your role in helping your child succeed. We strongly encourage the students to discuss their feelings, concerns, and the goals of counseling with their parents/guardians. As such, school staff strive to maintain confidentiality within legal mandates and within the ethical guidelines of the American School Counseling Association. By fostering the student's personal, social, academic, and career development, we hope to assist students in developing the skill to be lifelong learners.
