Research İnterest

 Iam currently focused on the area of chemical toxins present in food, which includes heavy metals, pesticide residue, natural toxins, endocrine-disrupting chemical materials, drug residue, contamination from food processing, toxic components in food packaging materials, and food additives. My primary interest is to develop new detection methods for these toxins, particularly by exploring the use of innovative approaches such as chromatography, including HPLC and GCMS, to identify and measure them.
