Outline Biography:
2004-2008 B.Sc. Certificate
I graduated from Sulaimani University: College of Science /Chemistry department. I was awarded B.Sc. (Hons) (2:1) and I stood the 3rd rank out of my colleagues, and achieved first class (Excellent) result in the laboratory project .
2013-2014 M.Sc. Certificate (Polymer for Advanced technologies)
I graduated from University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. I was awarded the degree of Master of Science in Polymer for Advanced Technologies with Distinction (1:1).
Modules including Fundamental Polymer Chemistry, Biopolymers and Biomaterials, Polymer Characterisation and Analysis, Research and Presentation Skills, The Physics of Polymers, Design and Synthesis of Polymers, Smart Polymers and Polymerisation, Polymer laboratory Skills and Research Project were my course subjects.
Studying Master degree course allowed me to develop a broad range of skills including learning the very latest developments from experts in theory and spectroscopy, synthesis, analytical science, chemical biology and chemical materials.
Experienced in a variety of techniques including organic synthesis, Product characterisation and kinetic analysis by NMR, GPC, UV and FT-IR techniques.
