Outline Biography
1- Graduated from the Department of Animal production in 2000.
2- Worked in FAO as a monitor for 2 years and 10 months.
3- Commenced as a demonstrator in the department of animal production for 2 years.
4.Obtained MSc. in food science in 2009.
5.worked in the Dep. of food science as an assistant lecturer for 3 years.
6. In 2012 I started studying PhD student at the University of Leeds-UK.
7. PhD in Food Science in 2016.

My research interest includes the following fields
1. Food colloids
2. Encapsulation
3. Food Packaging
4. Shelf life modelling( Accelerated Shelf life testing)
5. Essential oils as natural antibacterials
6. Emulsion formulations
7. Powder production and particle characterisation
