My Philosophy in Teaching

My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process. As an engineering educator, I try to connect theoretical concepts with practical engineering problems so that students can understand not only what they are learning, but also how and why it can be applied in real situations.

I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, solve problems independently, and share their ideas. I also use practical examples, laboratory work, numerical modelling, and real engineering cases to make learning more meaningful and relevant to their future careers.

I believe that teaching is a continuous learning process for both students and teachers. Therefore, I value student feedback and regularly reflect on my teaching methods to improve the learning experience. My goal is to help students become confident, responsible, creative, and capable engineers who can continue learning and contribute positively to society.
