1- Cheese and fermented dairy products.
2- Fat Dairy Products.
3- Biostatistics.
4- Experimental design and analysis.
5- Enzymology.
My research interests focus on;
1. Enzyme applications in food and dairy
products.
2. Dairy science and technology.
