My Philosophy in Teaching

My teaching philosophy rotates around three words: information, devotion and methodology.

I construct my teaching based on the belief that students learn in an assortment of ways, which mirror the distinctive learning style. To fulfill my teaching goal I adopted and employed "teach less and learn more" approach. Learning is not just a recollection individual concept and definitions, it should also involve hands-on exploration of the external World.

While a foundation for understanding is important, I strongly believe that genuine learning comes through doing, as stated by the Chinese proverb " I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand"
