My Philosophy in Teaching
To me, learning is a process take places in the classroom between the two original characters, the teacher and the student. These two elements must communicate and then interact. Once they positively interact the learning process will soon establish.
In general, the duty of the teacher is to realize this condition as a fact. This can be extracted from two important points of view, firstly, the lecturer background knowledge on the subject of interest. Secondly, historical perspective of the student for that matter. Once, these two wings of learning coincide the whole process will be in a safe situation. For this purpose, I keen on creating an environment in the classroom in such a way the students feel happy and has encouraged to ask and consequently get a right answer. Appropriate informality in the class is one of my objective that puts the student comfortable and ease to make a link with the teacher. To maintain this environment, the teacher must introduce updated information on the subject and the students must be hard working, a group working, collaboration and problem-solving exercises. The last, not the end point is how to let student continuously joined to your classroom. In physics, laboratory attendance is of great important and supports students to understand the fundamental concepts practically.
