My Philosophy in Teaching

My philosophy on teaching centers on an active approach as i engage my students in discussion, activities, and higher level thinking. I believe that all students can learn, therefor i have high expectations for students. A purpose of being teacher is to be able to teach any individuals is to work on critical thinking, solving problem, writing, arithmetic, and social skills. Teaching the basic fundamentals will allow students to continue thier education successfully, every instructor is equipped with the fundamental skills to mentor a student that desire the need to be educated. Th successful rate will determined by students abilities to retain and later demonstrate thier abilities to communicate thier educational process.
