My Philosophy in Teaching
Essentially, instructors must continually stay informed about academic perspectives. As a lecturer, it is crucial to create a conducive learning environment for the students and strive to enhance their academic abilities to the fullest extent possible. Education is a collaborative process involving a tutor as an educator and students as learners.
Teaching is primarily about helping your students grasp the subject matter. Furthermore, create an educational atmosphere that encourages students to engage in thoughtful discussions and develop their critical thinking skills based on the teacher's knowledge. Creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for students is crucial to facilitate their understanding of the topics.
