Outline Biography

Ayad Baker was born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1975. He received the BSc. degree in college of Agriculture from Baghdad University, Iraq, in 1998, and the MSc degree in Meat science at the same college, in 2002. He had a PhD. degree in Meat technology from the college of Agriculture, University of Sulimani, Kurdistan, Iraq, in 2008.

In 2003, he joined the Department of Animal production, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Sulaimani, became an assistant lecturer. His current research interests includeMeat production and Technology.

As an academic staff member of the Faculty he is responsible for the development of the Animal production Department, He is also being a member of the Scientific committee of Department and the manager of Post- graduate student of the Department.
