Primiano Di Nauta is a full professor of Organization Studies and Human Resource Management at the Department of Economics of the University of Foggia, where he currently chairs “Business Organization”, “Organization and Management of Human Resources”, “Project Management”. Graduated in engineering at the Polytechnic University of Bari, he earned a master of business administration from a prestigious business school. He is a member of the editorial board Systems Management book series by Routledge-Giappichelli, Studi MOA book series by Editrice Minerva Bancaria, ManOTec book series by Edizioni Nuova Cultura. He is also a member of the faculty board of the PhD “Management, Banking and Commodity Sciences” at Sapienza University of Rome, a member of the scientific board of the Italian Association of Project Managers (ASSOPM) and Association of Sole Responsible Project Managers (ASSORUP). His research interests are focused on decision making in complex contexts, organization and management theories, management of innovation and technology transfer, ICT adoption and impact in organizations, project management and project oriented/based organizations. He is committed to addressing the research by participating in the international debate, with the aim of reducing the gap between the organization and management theories and their application in real organizational contexts. Author of numerous scientific publications, including papers in journals, chapters in books and conference proceedings, and reviews for several international journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus. He also carries out management and organization consulting for public and private companies.
