The Black Faculty and Staff Association is an organization here to foster the community of Black staff and faculty here at the University of Minnesota. In an effort to maintain a well-connected community, the BFSA aims to increase sense of belonging and affinity here at the University of Minnesota.

We plan on increasing retention and recruitment of Black staff and faculty while becoming relevant in the community nearby, and working towards having a strong presence on campus.
