 Projects in the Swanstrom lab will include at least some of the following:

Deep sequencing approaches to study HIV RNA

Developing deep sequencing assays to monitor splicing of HIV and also discontinuous synthesis of coronaviruses

Using "proximity ligation" followed by deep sequencing to look at the structural organization of HIV genomic RNA in the virion

Present your results in lab meetings, and help your lab member present their results at the NIH
