Afferent from carotid sinus & body
Afferent from pharyngeal plexus
Vagus n. (CN X):
Efferent to pharyngeal plexus, pharyngeal mm. (excluding stylopharyngeus m.)
Superior laryngeal n.:
External br.
Efferent to cricothyroid m. (intrinsic laryngeal muscle)
Efferent to cricopharyngeal part of inferior pharyngeal constrictor m.
Internal br.
Afferent from (and secretomotor to) laryngeal mucosa proximal to vocal folds
Recurrent laryngeal n.:
Efferent to all intrinsic laryngeal mm. (except cricothyroid m.)
Efferent to cricopharyngeal part of inferior pharyngeal constrictor m.
Afferent from (and secretomotor to) laryngeal mucosa distal to vocal folds
