Setting Directions

School leaders work to build a shared vision and communicate goals by:

1. Building a shared vision
2. Identifying specific, shared short-term goals
3. Creating high expectations
4. Communicating the vision and goals

At GLPS staff established organizational norms that support openness to change in the direction of the school’s vision. To create a visual reminder of our purpose and ongoing learning I turned our norms into a wordle.
