School library media coordinators build a learning environment that meets the instructional needs of a diverse population of students.

• Prepares lessons that are engaging for the whole class
• Selects books for the collection that will help the student body grow as readers
• Helps students find books that are "just right" for their reading level(s)
• Provides folders divided by Fountas & Pinnell reading levels to make finding a "just right book" easier
• Prepares lessons using the Super 3 research model
