Very comprehensive report, and it could be a nice model for us if we move forward with a similar recommendation
Presented the powerpoint with the 2 top options but added 3 modifications to the two top options (please see the PP with a complete description of each)
Option # 1 – Current schedule

Option # 3A – Modified Push - with slight adjustment
Option # 3 – Modified Push - with added resources
After the presentation and discussion a 6th option was added
Option # 3A+ – Modified Push - with slight adjustment and added resources
We took some time to further discuss the options and then we selected options based on the following criteria
One vote for - Option that you want to go forward
One vote for - Option you can live with
One vote for - Option that you can not support
The following 3 options stood out as the favorites
Option # 1 – Current schedule - with added resources
Option # 3 – Modified Push - with added resources
Option # 3A+ – Modified Push - with slight adjustment and added resources
This option was by far the favorite
A suggestion was made to select again from these three options, leaving the other out. As each option did garner a little support
We will do that at the very beginning of our next meeting on Feb. 7th
We hope to leave the next meeting with a recommendation
