Mike Stead is the owner and lead consultant at UCability. Mike's background is in mobile network design and rollout, IT management and PMI-based program management, and more recently deployment of global executive-level Telepresence and knowledge-worker AV solutions. Mike has worked with CEO's and board members for many years, and is comfortable presenting to and engaging with all levels of corporate management. A passion for excellence in all areas of customer interaction defines Mike's work. No detail is too small to be noticed and acted upon. The executive and senior management experience of any solution must be first-class in every respect.
