The objective of this educational program is to develop climate and flood risks culture, to explain and make children, from 6 to 15 years, understand actions to prevent, protect and adapt in extreme climate and flood events. It does not constitute a program "apart" from the national teaching program, and will be "integrated" into school curricula, developing expectations in terms of skills, knowledge, awareness, attitudes and values ​​that the student will achieve. The educational program is accompanied by booklet and pedagogical guide for the teacher and an activity booklet for the students. The methodological approach adopted to design the programme is based on two major principles: involvement of all potential actors in the process and adaptation of the program to the cultural context of the country; in order to guarantee national ownership, sustainability of activities and success.
