Lead Resident

A lead resident acts as a liaison between the staff and learners. They are available to address concerns of the rotating medical students and residents, and help with problem solving/trouble shooting.  The lead resident also acts as a peer representative at resident program committee meetings, in order to advocate for and voice concerns of the residents and fellows.
