About

Our 28-year History:

ImmuNet Research Day evolved from the ImmuNet Retreat. ImmuNet Retreat was created in order to connect the University of Alberta with the Universities of Calgary, Lethbridge and Saskatchewan to exchange scientific knowledge. We aim to continue strengthening this network through scientific discourse, to celebrate the incredible research happening at these institutions, and to offer an opportunity for students to hone their presentation skills. ImmuNet Research Day is organized by students, and we, your ImmuNet committee, hope to aid our fellow students in developing presentation skills.

We are happy to announce that ImmuNet Research Day 2024 will be delivered at the University Club right on University of Alberta Campus! It will feature presentations of all kinds, including graduate student talks, poster showcases, and a featured keynote speaker presentation. Their experience and scientific knowledge will help guide the next generation of successful researchers. Join us to hear about all the latest research in the fields of Immunology, Virology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, and Medical Research. We look forward to seeing you there!
