For our sales team in Germany we are looking for reinforcement in sales administration on part-time / full time. Partial home office is possible.
Accounting:
Includes booking transations in the accounting system, preparing, booking and controlling accruals and exchange rates re-evaluations.
Finance:
maintaining financial spreadsheets and compiling monthly financial statements, participation in the preparation of annual statutory reports
Generating VAT recapitulation and filling VAT forms
generating cashflow forecast, closing accounts
Cost plannning with development partner RT-RK in Serbia
Order-to-cash process / Accounts Receivable:
Includes regular sales reviews with Account Managers, supporting the order-to-cash process by means of CRM and XLS
handling invoices to customers, managing customer payments, maintaing financial spreadsheets
handling WHT documents, checking and reconciling balances and transactions with business partners
Forecast & Budget:
Sales and Expenses Forecast
Back office responsibilities
interface to Swiss fiduciary, bank and tax authorities
University degree in Economics or related field
Excellent knowledge MS Office and familiar with accounting and CRM systems
Excellent analytical skills, diligent work style and proactive communication
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards is advantage
Very good language skills in English, written and spoken; French basic knowledge is an advantage
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
