Current Assembly News and Events

  • ❆ Holiday Party & Dance ❆ Saturday, December 12, hall decoration 7:00 - 7:30, dance 7:30 – 10:30 pm. Saint Francis Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 9220 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, Virginia. Called by Tom Spilsbury with music by Catherine Chapman & Liz Donaldson. $15.00 per person ($10.00 for high school students) at the door. Singles welcome and no experience is necessary. Period or modern evening attire suggested but not required. Contribution of hors d’oeuvres, a covered dish, or dessert welcome. Contact Laurel (lbybell@gmail.com) or Jean (selftrail@gmail.com) for more information.

  • We're Now a Registered Nonprofit Organization! The Leesburg Assembly is now registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization (Tax ID: 46-5124775). What this means is that we will no longer be collecting annual dues. Instead, we are inviting generous individuals to make monetary donations to the Assembly to help defray its operating expenses. Donations can be made by cash or check (payable to "The Leesburg Assembly") at any Assembly event or by mail (checks only) c/o Rob Trail, our treasurer, at 13222 Loyalty Road, Leesburg, VA 20176. Donations are tax-deductible and all donors will receive a receipt for their records.
