Welcome to the Official Publication of TESDA Leyte Provincial Office- TIKLOS, which will highlight the technical vocational education and training work founded on the object of transparency.

TIKLOS is a native term which means ''a group of persons organized for cooperative work''. The concept of bringing together Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) advocates and stakeholders` collaborative work brought the birth of TIKLOS.

The publication serves as medium for the Tech-Voc advocates and stakeholders to share information and articulate the direction and accomplishment of the agency. It will continue to identify and spread best practices of TVET in Leyte.

Continuing to pursue excellence and improve the delivery of technical education and systems development is the challenge of TIKLOS.
