The Annual General Meeting for TECCWA is held around the end of March each year. If you're unable to attend the AGM at the notified date, please complete the below Proxy Nomination Form to nominate your directions at the meeting, and so that we can achieve quorum (25% of current members) and the meeting may proceed without the need to reschedule. 

This year's AGM will be held at Valley Social, 8731 West Swan Road, Henley Brook on Sunday 12th of April, 2025, 11am to 1pm - Food and drinks available at the bar, we have an area booked.
