The Annual General Meeting for TECCWA is held around the end of March each year. If you're unable to attend the AGM at the notified date, please complete the below Proxy Nomination Form to nominate your directions at the meeting, and so that we can achieve quorum (25% of current members) and the meeting may proceed without the need to reschedule. 

This year's AGM will be held at Lake Heardman Tavern, Heardsman on Sunday 13th of April, 2025, 10am to 2pm - Food and drinks available at the bar, we have an area booked.
