Motorkhana, circuit, drift, drag, track days, rally, supersprint, regularity events, interclub challenges - we have people interested in it all. We're interested to compete and support people in their desired field, and look to develop TECCWA members and cars as competitive entrants in those fields.

TECCWA is a Motorsport Australia affiliated car club. This enables TECCWA members to apply for Motorsport Australia licences with their TECCWA membership number. We hope this is a useful facility for our members, in assisting them to obtain competition licences for various motorsport events.

To obtain your Motorsport Australia Competition licence, visit the Motorsport Australia Portal below and complete the application form appropriate to your Motorsport needs:

The Motorsport Australia Member Portal allows licence holders to login, apply for and renew licences, search for upcoming events, and enter online.

NOTE: Motorsport Australia recently updated their Portal and process for entering events. Please ensure you get your entry in early to avoid issues. The following is a summary of their updated requirements:

Registering for a Motorsport Australia Event

To access Motorsport Australia (MA), log in using your email address. MA will send you an 8-digit code to complete the login process.

Before entering an event, MA requires you to update your personal details, including providing your vehicle’s VIN number. This step is mandatory.

Note: If your car has a roll cage, we currently recommended not to select this option. Selecting it may require you to upload multiple photos of your car and roll cage. MA is reviewing this requirement and may make it non-mandatory in the future.

How to Register for an Event

· Navigate to the EVENTS tab at the top of the page.

· Select REGISTER FOR AN EVENT.

· On the events page, locate the SEARCH ALL EVENTS field and type “RedMist.”

· Click the search icon to view the latest RedMist series.

· Scroll to the right-hand side of the page and open the dropdown menu.

· Select REGISTER.

· Choose REGISTER AS A COMPETITOR and follow the prompts.

· Important: This is a non-logbook event, so do not select the LOGBOOK option.
