Commencement of I Year B.Tech class work

(Date to be announced by the J N T University Kakinada in its 23-9-2008 principals meeting)

All the students allotted to TENALI ENGINEERING COLLEGE, Anumarlapudi by convener, EAMCET-2008, should report for the Orientation Programme along with their parents on the date announced by the University. This programme is followed by class work. Parents are requested to come prepared to stay up to evening.

Students allotted by the Convener, EAMCET-2008, should bring with them the following:

1. Original Allotment order, Fee receipt/certificates receipt and one set xerox copies of them.

2. 2 sets of Xerox copies of all certificates submitted at counseling centre.

3. 2 Sets of Xerox copies of all certificates not submitted at counseling centre along with Original certificates.

4. Candidates seeking Social welfare / any other Scholarships should submit the certificates (Original Income, Permanent Caste, Residence certificates & Ration card) along with 2 sets of Xerox copies.

5. 6 latest Passport and 4 latest Stamp size photos of the candidate. 1 parent photo

6. A Demand Drafts drawn in favour of Principal, Tenali Engineering College, Anumarlapudi. Payable at Guntur towards Caution deposit, University fees and other fees for Rs.5500/-.

7. Bus facility if required DD for Rs.(7000/- from Tenali, 8000/- from Guntur, 9000/- from Vijayawada).

8. Girls Hostel facility if required DD for Rs. 22,000/- .

Note: 1) All the students applied for admission under NRI/Interstate Quota are required to

bring all the original certificates along with 2 sets of Xerox copies and should pay the

respective fees by way of demand draft.

2) Working Lunch will be provided for all.
