Parks and public spaces play an important role in city life. We use parks to chill out, hang out with our mates, play sports, picnic, bbq, listen to music, skate board and exercise. Can you think of other recreational uses of parks?

Parks are important in city life so people can have a connection with nature, a space outside for leisure activities, exercise, a place to escape and relax with their mates or by themselves.

As cities become more and more developed we are losing our back yards and gardens. Parks are beginning to play a more significant role in our daily lives. We need more parks!!!!
