Here is how you can do this visually on the dashboard using the colour coding system.

Using Smart Copy to share documents with students

You can use Smart Copy on the dashboard to share documents with your class.

The good thing about this method is that it is copied straight into the correct subject folder, so will appear on your dashboard straight away.
