Monitoring the Strategic Plan and Student Achievement

The district’s process to monitor information about student learning, school effectiveness, and the achievement of system and school improvement goals begins with the district’s strategic planning website. This website provides the community with the districts purpose and direction, strategic plan, the district’s Action Plan and Monitoring Scorecard. The district translates the strategic plan into an Action Plan to monitor progress of the strategic plan, and uses school-based student performance reports and strategic plan progress reports to monitor the strategic plan. To supplement the online communication of information, the superintendent provides an annual report to the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce and the District Steering Committee.
