I am an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Stony Brook University. I am the director of the Interacting Robotic Systems Laboratory. Previously, I was a Project Scientist and Postdoc at The Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. I obtained my PhD from the Department of Computer Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Broadly speaking my research interests are in robotics, artificial intelligence, dynamical systems, and applied mathematics.
