Inter-School Events

We aim to provide as many learners as possible with the opportunity to take part in Sport. This is often dependent on the support we receive from parents/carers. 

Tamaki Cluster

Stonefields school, along with 14 other local schools, comprises the Tamaki Cluster. There are several sports events each term which our learners have the opportunity to participate in. Each event is open to different ages, usually years 5-8, but details for each event can be found in the calendar below. 

AAIMS Eastern Zones (EZ)

Our school is also part of the AAIMS Eastern Zones Cluster. These events provide our Yr 7 and 8 learners with the opportunity to compete against a wide range of schools in East Auckland.

Attending Interschool opportunities is something we love to do, participating is loads of fun and we know these events give learners enriching, memorable experiences. They also involve a lot of organisation from teachers and require parental support as well. For us to safely take learners off site to events we need a number of parents to join us as supervisors and volunteers. We ask that you please have a look at the upcoming events calendar dates and plan ahead for events your learner(s) will want to participate in. Alternatively, you can indicate your interest via our volunteer form OR when sent the sports permission form please indicate you can help. We hope that by working together we can continue to have these wonderful opportunities available to our learners.

Please note that event dates may change during the course of the year. This is usually due to circumstances out of the event organisers', or our control. All changes will be updated on the Sports Website and communicated to relevant participants as swiftly as possible.
