Dear Parents,

Hello and welcome to 3rd grade! I am looking forward to an enjoyable, enlightening, and exciting year. My name is Megan Morfessis, and I will be teaching 3A homeroom and the 3rd grade Religion teacher.

This is my 8th year teaching third grade at STM and my 12th year in the classroom. I spent my first 3 years at a private special education school in Maryland. My husband and I moved to Texas seven years ago, to be closer to my family and to take advantage of the great city of Houston. I have a B.A. in Elementary Education and minor in Mild Intervention from St. Mary's College at Notre Dame, IN and a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Towson University.

RenWeb is the key element to a successful third grade year. RenWeb will contain your child’s grades, homework, and attendance. Each weekend we will post a weekly letter that will contain an overview for the week ahead. This will be emailed to you through RenWeb. Please make sure that your contact information is current on RenWeb.
