Schedule Change Request Form
Schedule changes can be made during the first 3 days of the semester. In order to make a change to your schedule, STUDENTS must email Mrs. Cearlock. For the fall 2025 semester the 3 day window to request a schedule change is August 6, 7, 8. NO changes will be accepted AFTER 3pm on Friday, August 8.

2025-2026 SCI Center Application
CEO is a great program for students who are interested in learning more about their community, possibly interested in business, and growing skills that will help them advance in life.
CEO is for seniors and takes up 1st and 2nd hour in their school schedule.
Students interested in being part of CEO next year need to complete the online application. Link is below to take you to the Macoupin County CEO website:
