Dear Families,

Please find any beginning of the year forms or questionnaires below. Please return the beginning of the year forms on the first day of school. If you are unable to print the form, please write the information on paper. If I do not receive your forms on the first day of school, I will be happy to send them home with your child. In this case please email me how your child will be going home on the first day.

For updated information, please be sure to read the newsletter that is emailed each Monday and the school efolder that is emailed each Thursday.
