As you can see, my husband, twin boys, and I love to go hiking. Something we learned on our various hikes is that group selfies don't work so well when other people are attached to our backs. So, we're all just a little cut off in the photo, but we're happy. Along with hiking, I enjoy many other sports; currently, I play soccer on the weekends and enjoy going to baseball games. Likely you'll see me in various school events because someone always seems to volunteer me in a shenanigan or two. I truly enjoy teaching and meeting new students every year. One of my favorite things about teaching English is... all of it. Of course, I love reading, writing, and helping students figure out how to improve in those areas. Students frequently ask me "which is your favorite book to teach" and of course, I tell them that I love all of them, and would never pick a favorite (The Great Gatsby). Please use this website to assist your learning or as a method of communication - I try to be as clear as possible in terms of when assignments are assigned/ due, grading expectations, etc.
