· Set up a systemized HR Department with streamlined procedures for application, assessment, recruitment, documentation, training and development.

· Designed and implemented a new Logistics and Resource Control System (LRCS), in parallel with a new Stationary Request and Supply System (SRSS), which was proven successful in managing resources and delivering the required services.

· Systemized all projects of the Architecture and Construction Team (ACT), developed a Site Reporting System (SRS), a Project Numbering and Filing System (PNFS), a Drawing Numbering and Control System (DNCS), a Materials Request and Ordering System (MROS), a Preferred Supplier Database System (PSDS), a Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP) for concrete and steel reinforcement, and a Project Planning, Administration and Follow-up System (PPAFS). · Responsible for Coding, Formatting and Quality Control within the Retail Measurement Division, collecting scanning data of FMCG sales in supermarkets and petrol stations and producing databases for complete market analysis, from establishing Market Share to identifying Consumer Trends to measuring Efficiency of Promotions.

· Achieved a consistently high level of performance in the accurate processing of high volume weekly data and timely production & dispatch of weekly & monthly client databases, using Market Track (3) In-house software.

· Identified, Logged and Coordinated with the International Systems Team, areas for Enhancement and Troubleshooting during the development, testing & implementation of the updated Market Track (4) software system.

· Conducted Pilot Study Interviews for a variety of market research projects for the Customized Research Division.

· Supervised Teams of Market Research Interviewers for the Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing Unit and achieved above average Performance Targets and successfully met all Quality Assurance requirements.

Role: Office Engineer

· Responsible for the control of all engineering data for the Clearwater Wellington Project. Designed and implemented systems and procedures for receiving, recording, copying and distributing drawings, plant & instrumentation diagrams, specifications, reports and vender data.

· Coordinated the flow of information between our 5 construction sites, 2 design offices overseas, 1 subcontractor and the Client & Their Representative.

· Provided documentation for this function, which was incorporated into the Company Quality Assurance System.
