Mr. Quintana is entering his seventh year as Bammel's Head Director of Choral Activites after serving as the Assistant Director at Bammel from 2013-2018. Mr. Q graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education in May of 2013. Prior to joining the BMS Choir staff, Mr. Quintana student taught in Spring ISD at Bammel Middle School as well as at Anderson Elementary. Mr. Q is a Lifetime Member of the Sam Houston State Alumni Association, an active member of the Texas Music Educators Association, an active member of the Texas Choral Directors Association, and an inactive member of the American Choral Directors Association. Mr. Q lives in The Woodlands with his wife, their dogs Lord Ribeye of Doofington and Lady Mesquite of Bastina, cats Princess Baby Tippingayle, Sire Midnight of Doofington and Prince Miles, and turtle Zedd. Mrs. Potter is entering her seventh year as Bammel's Assistant Director of Choral Activies after being the Head Choral director for the for five years at Ector Junior High in Odessa, Texas and Dunbar College Preparatory Academy in Lubbock, Texas, prior to joining Bammel. Mrs. Potter graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching. Mrs. Potter is an active member of the Texas Music Educators Association and an active member of Texas Choral Directors Association. Mrs. Potter currently lives in Tomball, Texas with her husband Mr. Potter (No not Harry), and a seven year old daughter. She is excited to be returning to the Bammel Choir program and cannot wait to continue the incredible work her students accomplished last year.
