-Science Binder
-Science notebooks (2) either spiral or composition notebooks.
* 1 for a science journal and 1 for a science fair logbook
-Pencils
-Colored Pencils and or Markers
- Correcting Pen
-Glue Sticks (2 to 3)
-Highlighter marking pen
*Absent Work- Remember you are responsible to get all work for any absences including school activities/sports, sickness or vacations. All absent work can be found on Planbook.

2) Go to the days missed-all things needed including reading from the Science Book and worksheets are included (You will need to print worksheets)
3) School Sports/Activities are not considered an absence so extra time is not given for assignment completion.
*Assignments exceeding this time will then become missing work.
*Late Work /Missing , Absent Assignments and Re-do Assignment Policies-
Late Work/Missing work will result in an M (Missing) in the grade book until that assignment is turned in. Late/Missing assignments will be accepted until that unit is completed. If not turned in by the end of the unit, an M will remain in the grade book for that assignment until the end of that trimester. An M will also appear for Absent Work as a reminder to get it in. There is no reduction in absent work as long as it is turned in following the SMS Absent Work Policy which is: one day more than the number of days you are absent. For example if you are gone 2 days, you get 3 days to get those assignments turned in. If not turned in by that time, they become a missing assignment. Grades are generally updated weekly, usually by Thursday evening. All daily assignments can be redone for 70% (Tests and quizes are not included).
