Un peu à propos de moi - A bit about me
Monsieur Crouse is married to Madame Crouse and they have a son named Quinn. M. Crouse loves learning and speaking languages and, besides French and Spanish, has studied Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese and American Sign Language. (His English isn't bad, either.) He also really likes to surf and play soccer and travel and write and eat fish tacos - sometimes he squeezes them all into the same day.
Before becoming a language teacher, M. Crouse served in the Peace Corps and then worked for 10 years as a journalist, with reporting assignments that took him to Panama, Colombia, Mexico and the streets of New York City. He has written many articles for The Language Educator magazine and is an adjunct professor of world language teaching methods and theories of second language acquisition at Rutgers University.
