Supply List for

Mrs. Sawicki and Mr. Gonzalez :

Welcome to fifth grade.  To make most of your fifth grade experience,

you will need the following materials for your fifth grade classes.

1  five subject notebook (ELA)

2 two subject notebook (math and science)

pencils and erasers

red or green pens

highlighters

5 pocket folders

Expo markers

pencil case

1 earbuds/ headphones

assignment pad (preferably the one that can be purchased from the PTO)

you can bring in your own markers, crayons, scissors, glue sticks, etc.

Please donate the following items to our classroom:

Hand sanitizer

Lysol/ Clorox wipes

Treasure Chest toys and prizes

Arts and crafts items (ribbon, yarn, buttons, wrapping paper, etc.)
