Troubleshooting WIFI connections

Previous password might have been saved in your macbook, do delete the WIFI connection from

your System Preferences > Network.

1) Highlight "WI-FI" selection on the Left, Click on "Advanced..."

2) In "WI-FI" tab, search for STUDENTWL01 and click on " - " sign to remove it.

3) Click ok to save and exit.

4) Select STUDENTWL01 from the list of available Wi-Fi signals in the Wi-Fi menu, top right of the screen.

5) Enter your SOTA Student Portal username and password.

Append STUDENTDC\ in front of your username as shown in picture.
